Since June 16, 2023, COFIEM Electronics has been the first European company to obtain the RECQ label for the reconditioning of its industrial electronic products.

WHAT IS THE RECQ LABEL ?

The RECQ label, supported by RCUBE.org, guarantees the quality of refurbished products.

When it was created in 2022, the label was issued for computers, smartphones and car tires. Today, it is also used to certify the quality reconditioning of industrial electronic products, such as PLCs, variable speed drives and HMIs.

COFIEM Electronics, Alstom and Rexel have defined the specifications and specific reference framework for the reconditioning of industrial electronic equipment, validated by RCUBE, and certified by DEKRA.

COFIEM Electronics successfully passed the certification, after verifying compliance with collection, reconditioning and distribution criteria*. 

This label is recognition of the quality of the work carried out by COFIEM Electronics to guarantee its customers quality reconditioning.

WHAT ARE THE LABEL'S GUARANTEES ?

The RECQ label offers comprehensive guarantees :

→ Traceability in the reconditioning process for transparency on the actual state of the product and the operations carried out.

→ Respect of waste treatment methods.

→ Technical warranty for a period at least equal to that stipulated by regulations.
